Q: Are your products new or used?
A: Most of our items are brand new or open-box, with occasional gently used products. Each product listing will specify the condition clearly.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Yes! We offer free local pickup from our Oakville location. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final unless otherwise noted. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Q: How fast do you ship orders?
A: We ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: Yes, we ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I reserve an item?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer item reservations. Inventory moves quickly — if you see something you like, grab it before it's gone!

Q: Do you accept offers or negotiate prices?
A: Our prices are already deeply discounted from retail. While we don’t negotiate individual prices, we occasionally offer promo codes through our newsletter — sign up to stay in the loop!
